Title: Santa Fe Cranberry Relish
Categories: Holiday Relish
Yield: 3 Cups

1pkCranberries; 12oz
  . fresh or frozen
3/4cSugar
1mdJalapeno; quartered
1tsDried cilantro
1/4tsCumin (scant)

Put all ingredients in a food processor. Process until the mixture is coarsely chopped. Store in the refrigerator overnight to allow the flavors to blend.

Makes about 3 cups.
